We collect the information you provide when creating an account, uploading company credentials, and using our agents. This may include contact details, company information, tender-related documents, and usage data needed to operate the platform.
How we use your data
Your data is used to deliver AVOC services, run qualification checks, generate proposals, match partners, and improve product functionality. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your content to train public AI models.
Data security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and SOC-2 aligned infrastructure. Only authorized personnel and your invited team members can access your workspace data.
Third-party services
AVOC integrates with public tender portals, search services, and cloud infrastructure providers. These integrations only access the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You can export, update, or delete your account data at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained according to our retention policy and then securely deleted.
