02 · Identify the information
List the company profile, relevant references and example work documents. Agree on ownership, freshness and the scope of sharing with your team.
03 · Match the product and reviewer
Company Intelligence provides shared context. Choose BD-P, PM-D or Portfolio according to the question, and identify who will review the output.
04 · Agree what success means
For example, tracing requirements to sources or making unanswered handover questions visible. Duration, access and deliverables are agreed during the pilot conversation.
